Fit 4 Function

Build a foundation for exercise!! Improve ability to engage Daily Living, or prep beginners. Cardio, Strength, Balance & Flexibility with lively music & an engaging host.

Gentle Yoga

Join us each week for Gentle Yoga.  Purposeful Vinyasa flows mixed with pranayama practice will calm and centre the mind, while we strengthen, stretch & rejuvenate your body.  Great for beginners or individuals seeking a subtle approach to Yoga. Great class for people using chair modifications or doing chair yoga.
(chairs available for those who need)

Resistance

Take your abilities beyond the basics.  Challenge yourself with resistance tubing & dumbbells, engaging basic to Advanced strength exercises.  It helps gain muscle, strength and/endurance,  Your heart rate will stay up with short bouts or cardio in between strength segments.

City Circuits (Resistance)

Stop by the hub and get you Resistance Training in a small group training session. We use everything from dumbbells to tubing, Kettlebells, Ropes, Sled pushes and EVEN MORE! This is a Circuit style strength class that will make you move, stronger and better.
